Once again, Positivo Group stands out in the ranking of the best companies to work for in Paraná, organized by the Great Place to Work institute. The ranking is based on the results of the 2020 Organizational Climate Survey, which is organized by Positivo Group, based on the Great Place to Work methodology. Positivo Group’s schools, Positivo Course and Aprende Brasil Publisher won recognition among the Large, Medium and Small Business categories, respectively.
The aspects that drove the results of the research were:
- People are treated well in the company regardless of their color or ethnicity;
- Actions taken by the company in times of crisis, considering the entire external scenario, were the best possible;
- Company seeks to align values with the well-being of its employees.
Based on collaborative work, Positivo Group seeks to give a voice to the entire team and community to build a better world, through education and technology. This effort was evidenced in the results of the 2020 survey.
